WHERE WE DELIVER

 Currently, we ship within Australia and New Zealand.

 

WHO DELIVERS

Free Overnight Deliveries in Australia are shipped using Express Post this allows us to track all deliveries. Same Day Delivery Services are shipped using couriers and require a signature upon delivery. Goods Delivered to New Zealand are shipped and tracked using Australia Post.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY (Mon-Fri, excludes Public Holidays)

Available for Sydney (see map for all locations):
- CBD
- Eastern Suburbs
- Inner West
- South Sydney
- Northern CBD

We need to receive "SAME DAY DELIVERY" orders by 1pm and the goods need to be delivered to a physical address (sorry no PO Boxes) and we will require a signature upon delivery. Goods will be delivered by 5:00pm on the day.

 

 

Australian Delivery - Next Day - FREE

We deliver all overnight orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service. If orders are received before 3pm EST Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be shipped out the next business day. 

 

Please note; Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
For Regional areas within Australia, delivery is between 2 to 5 Days.

 

New Zealand Delivery

All shipments are sent via Australian Post and then their contracted international carriers. Please allow 4 - 5 working days from Dispatched Date. 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping within Australia is FREE.

Shipping to New Zealand is $15 AUD

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO "SNAKE HIPS PTY LTD" AND GST

 Please note that payments will appear on your Credit Card Statement as a payment to "Snake Hips Pty Ltd".

All prices are inclusive of GST.

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
