RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Items received within this period will be exchanged or refunded.

With sale items we will only exchange, we will not refund or issue credit notes.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

All tags must remain in place.

PROCEDURE

1. Either email us at shop@whiteverve.com. or call our store WHITEVERVE on 02 9358 5300 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).

We will need to know the following via email or phone:

1. Reason for the return.

2. Style name (located on swing ticket).

3. Style number (located on swing ticket).

4. Are you requesting an exchange or a refund.

5. If exchanging please tell us the new size you require.

6. Contact details: email and phone number.

7. Online purchase invoice number and date.

2. All deliveries contain an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent with your return.

3. We can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting an RA Number, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we may have to charge you more or refund the difference on your credit card.

4. Returning goods, please enclose:

a. The completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated,

b. Your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Returns/Exchanges must only be sent to the above address in order to be processed. Goods will only be received with a valid Online Store Returns Form, RA number and receipt (proof of purchase).

5. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost at purchase directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this. Please allow 7 days for this process to be completed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

2. We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able to, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 15 day period from purchase.
